History

Pro-E Design, LLC was founded in Macedonia, Ohio by Brian T. Hengle. A graduate of Cleveland State University, Brian holds a bachelor of Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structures. He is registered in the state of Ohio as a Professional Engineer.

Brian began his career while in college, working for a home building company. While working there he had the opportunity to learn residential construction from the ground up. Combining his knowledge of engineering with practical field experience, he began designing homes. He soon became the lead home designer for the builder while still attending college.

After graduation Brian accepted a position as a structural design engineer and began working for a small Cleveland-area engineering firm. This firm focused on all aspects of structural engineering including commercial, industrial, retail, government, high-end residential and other projects. Working in a small firm afforded him the opportunity to learn even more aspects of engineering and construction at an advanced level. He continued to work after hours as a residential designer.

Throughout his career, Brian has worked on hundreds of projects. Beyond residential, his commercial experience includes churches, government buildings, schools, hotels, office buildings, health care facilities, and retail buildings. Upon receipt of his Professional Engineering License, Brian furthered his sole proprietorship with the establishment of Pro-E Design LLC. With this company he continues his work as a structural consultant, residential designer and now offers other engineering related services.
